Loved this review by an audio listener of Elizabeth’s Mountain:
I listened to the audio of this book and thought the narrator, Deborah Kosnett, was great. I enjoyed listening to her smoky, alto voice. She was believable. I liked all the characters, but my favorite is Dr. Joseph Paterson (“Joe”). Elizabeth and Joe’s story touched me the most. From the time they moved from Summit, NJ to Asheville, NC, it was engaging and I was sad when it ended.
Elizabeth’s Mountain is available in all formats: Kindle, Audible, and paperback. If you haven’t gotten your copy, you can order Elizabeth’s Mountain from your favorite bookstore or go to the following links:

Besides writing, I have been doing a lot of reading. I read over 75 books in the past year. A record for me! There have been so many great reads. For starters, I’m going to mention a couple of the memorable ones from my fellow Black Rose Writing authors here...
I read Chasing Eleanor in under two days! I absolutely could not put it down. A coming-of-age story that takes place during the Great Depression, I was crying and rooting for these irresistible characters from the very first page.
Author, Torrens, brings his Search & Rescue experience to Scorched as he does with all his stories with such precision that I felt like I was there, my heart racing and just as breathless as the folks who found themselves trapped in a mountain retreat with a raging fire closing in.
A family torn apart during the 2008 Great Recession tries to start over again on a rural Texas ranch, a life completely different than what they were used to. It was engrossingly realistic to see how each member coped with this challenging change, and how it affected them personally and as a family unit.
Honestly, I could go on and on, but I’ll save some for my next newsletter. If I haven’t already said so, I am truly honored to be among some very talented writers at Black Rose Writing. Thank you for entertaining me with your wonderful books for the past year-and-a-half.
Until next time…
Oh my goodness, lucille, I'm very pleased by the positive review of the audiobook! Thank you, whoever you are!
I am going to check out some of the books that you have been reading from Black Rose Writing. You might also check out my latest audiobook for them, written by Pamela Norsworthy. It's called War Bonds, a Novel of World War II.
As always, thank you so much for choosing me as your narrator for your lovely book.
